SelectCartridge supplies printer ink, toner, printers, printer-related products, printer repair services, document printing, photo printing and related services.

Product images are for guidance only. Packaging, design or product appearance may vary depending on supplier or manufacturer updates.

For compatible or own-brand cartridges, the relevant printer brand names are used only to help customers identify printer compatibility. Unless clearly stated, own-brand or compatible products are not manufactured by, sponsored by or endorsed by the original printer manufacturer.

Product Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product ordered is suitable for their printer or intended use.

If you are unsure which cartridge, toner or printer product you need, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

We are not responsible for incorrect purchases where the product supplied matches the order placed, unless the item is faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise covered by your consumer rights.

Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in euro (€).

Prices may include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be received before online orders are dispatched or made available for collection.

Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This does not always mean that your order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we confirm it, process it, dispatch it, or make it available for collection.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • There is a pricing or product information error
  • Payment is not authorised
  • Delivery details are incomplete or incorrect

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Ireland, subject to availability and delivery service coverage.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, stock availability, public holidays, weather, address issues or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery details are correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

Click & Collect / In-Store Collection

Where collection is available, customers may collect eligible orders from our Galway store.

Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready before coming to collect it.

You may be asked to provide proof of purchase or identification when collecting an order.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If you need to return an item, please contact us first by phone or email.

Faulty Goods

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund or exchange in line with your legal rights.

We may ask for photos, error messages, test pages, proof of purchase or other information to help assess the issue.

Printer Repairs and Services

Printer repairs, managed print services, document printing, photo printing and other in-store or business services may be subject to separate quotes, service terms or agreed arrangements.

Repair times are estimates only and depend on the fault, parts availability and workload.

Where a repair requires replacement parts, we may contact you for approval before proceeding.

We are not responsible for data, documents or materials left with a printer or device unless this has been specifically agreed in writing.

When placing an order or contacting us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

We use customer information to process orders, provide customer service, manage deliveries, handle returns, and operate our business.
