Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses in Ireland.

If you are outside Ireland and would like to place an order, please contact us before ordering to check whether delivery is possible.

Order Processing Times

We aim to process website orders as quickly as possible during normal business hours.

Our usual business hours are:

Monday–Friday: 9:00am–5:30pm

Orders placed outside business hours, at weekends or on public holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

If an item is out of stock or there is a delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on product availability, delivery location and courier service.

Most in-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery within Ireland typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier and destination.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, stock availability or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Where available, free shipping will be applied according to the terms shown on the website or at checkout.

Free Shipping

We currently offer:

Free shipping on remanufactured ink and toner orders over €50, where eligible.

This offer may not apply to all products, heavy items, printers, special orders or non-standard deliveries.

The final delivery cost will always be shown at checkout before payment.

Click & Collect

You may be able to collect eligible orders from our Galway store.

Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready before coming to collect it.

Local Galway Delivery

For some local Galway customers, we may be able to offer local delivery or same-day delivery depending on product availability, location and workload.

Printers, Large Items and Special Orders

Printers, bulky products, special order items or high-value items may require additional processing time or a different delivery arrangement.

If this applies to your order, we will contact you.

Some large items may not qualify for standard or free delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure your delivery address, phone number and email address are correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a courier is unable to deliver your order, they may leave a notice, attempt redelivery or provide collection instructions.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, incorrect address details or failure to collect from the courier, we may need to charge an additional delivery fee to resend the order.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep the product, packaging and any delivery documentation, as we may need photos to help resolve the issue.
